Shauna Richmond was raised in the heart of the hair industry and has since followed her mom’s foosteps of being behind the chair as the owner of JT Macken. With over nine years of experience, Shauna is not your average stylist – she's a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted passion for hair care.

With a particular fondness for blonding and extensions, her meticulous attention to detail and innate creativity ensures healthy lasting color and hair happiness. 

Her passion to elevate the industry and provide mentorship to other stylists, in turn keeps her a forever student, always staying up to date on the newest, innovative techniques and products.

Beyond her professional life, Shauna finds her greatest joy in the simple pleasures of family and summer days, often spent savoring iced coconut coffees. She cherishes every moment with her husband and two kids, finding fulfillment in their laughter.
