How do I become a client?

We are so honored you want to become a client of ours! All of our stylists are independent, which means they all manage their own schedules, pricing, and product lines.

To book an appointment, we encourage you to book directly with the stylist of your choice either online through their booking links listed in their profiles or by contacting them directly. If you need assistance in connecting with a stylist, we’d be happy to help, simply visit our contact page.

How do I find the stylist that best fits me and my hair needs?

We recommend browsing our Instagram page to look for inspiration as well as if any stylists’ work calls to you. You can also browse each stylist profile to find a match. If you have any questions about who to see for a specialty and are unsure, please feel free to reach out to us and we’d be happy to help with recommendations.

How do I make an appointment?

Each stylist manages their own scheduling, so booking online through each of their booking links is preferred.

If you’d like to reach out to connect with the stylist directly, all contact info is listed on their individual page, or you are welcome to reach out to them via Instagram before booking!

What does it mean to be an independent stylist?

This means that each of our stylists work for themselves! JT Macken Hair Salon is simply ‘home’ for our wonderful stylists to serve their clients. There is no better feeling than running your own business, while having other artists to lean on!

Where are you located?

We are located in Winthrop Center in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Our address is 194 Hagman Rd and are located next to Cafe Delite. Grab a coffee before or after your appointment!

Do you have parking nearby?

Yes! We have plenty of free street parking around the salon.
